Overview

There are several ways to find comments, depending on what information you have. If you know the associated bequest or decedent, you can quickly find their comments. If you want to see all comments or search by content or status, you can use the comment queues.

In this article, we’ll go over the three ways to locate a comment.

  • Decedent
  • Bequest
  • Comments

Decedent

If all you know is the decedent associated with a comment, find and open the decedent profile.

Click the Comments tab at the bottom. All the associated comments will be displayed below. Click the Subject in order to open the full comment.

Bequest

If you know the bequest a comment is associated with, find and open the bequest.

Click the Comments tab at the bottom. All the associated comments will be displayed below. Click the Subject in order to open the full comment.

Comments

Select Comments in the left menu.

To see a list of all comments and filter from there, click the List option.

To see all In-Progress and Overdue comments, click the Open option.

To only see Overdue comments, click the Overdue option.

The Comments page will open. You can search for a comment with the search bar in the top left. You can search using the Decedent, Bequest, or Subject of the comment.

To clear search results, click Clear Search under the search bar.

You can also sort the comments that appear on the page. Click the column name to sort the comments by that column.

In the example below, Decedent was clicked. The decedents are now sorted from A-Z by their last name.

If you click Decedent again, the decedents will be sorted from Z-A by their last name.

To view a comment, click the Subject.
