Overview
If you forgot your password you can have a new login link sent to your email. In this article, we’ll go over how to reset your password so you can log into TrueBQuest.
Reset Password
On the login page, click Forgot Password?
On the new page, enter your email in the Email Address field. Use the email address associated with your True BQuest account.
Click Send Reset Request
An email will be sent to the entered address. An example email is shown below. Open the email and click the Reset your password here link.
You will be prompted to create a new password and confirm that new password. The next time you login, use the new credentials.
