Overview
There are two ways to find bequests in True BQuest. The first is to locate the decedent profile and then select the desired bequest. The second is to search directly for the bequest.
In this article, we’ll go over how to find a specific bequest without first searching for a decedent profile.
Find and View Bequests
Click Bequests List in the left menu.
The Bequests page will open. You can search for a bequest with the search bar in the top left. You can search using the bequest type or decedent name. Hit the Enter key to search, results will show below.
To clear search results, click Clear Search under the search bar.
You can also sort the bequests that appear on the page. Click the column name to sort the bequests by that column.
In the example below, Bequest Type was clicked. The bequests are now sorted from A-Z by the type name.
If you click Bequest Type again, the bequests will be sorted from Z-A by their type name.
To view a bequest, click the Bequest Type in the row.
The bequest will open.
